Offer must be individual per NWD FPO
reference number (where applicable) and must be in formal company
letterhead with english, complete address, telephone & fax number and
contact person and Business Registration Number. Quotation reference
should also be included. No Commercial Offer send by email attachment
will be consider for evaluation.
2.
Offer to be address and send via courier /
handcarried in sealed envelope for the Attention of : HEAD- NWD, TENDER
BID COMMITTEE with PO Ref. number prior to bid closing date. Commercial
offer not validated by Head – Tender Bid Committee will not be consider
for evaluation.
3.
Offer should include
name of manufacturer and country origin of goods.
full or partial; OEM (original equipment manuf) or Non-OEM) direct
replacement only.
4.
All local suppliers - Should quote by Libyan
dinars currency only, Delivery point must be included in the offer.
e.g. door to door domestic packed.
5.
Lead time/Delivery time must be stated and
expressed in number of weeks and to include the transit time from point
of origin to point of destination (Libya).
6.
Ancilliary charges including document
legalization cost, if any should be embedded in the total cost CIF
Tripoli by sea/air.
7.
All Local suppliers to include 2% local tax
(total order value) + .005% (after getting 2% from total order value)
for documentary stamp.
8.
Validity of offer must be minimum of 60
days.
9.
Required Manufacturer’s Certificate of
Conformity/Authenticity/NDT/MPI Cert. (where applicable) must be
provided and to confirm in the offer.
10.
In case of query, or additional information
required. Please send it by fax to C/O Materials Dept. No telephone
inquiry will be entertain but in formal writing only with PO ref.
numbers.
11.
Pricing should be in 2-decimal points only
for exact rounding up to last cent.
12.
